Recently we ranked Atlanta neighborhoods based on rent appeal. In today's blog, we are zooming in to find apartment buildings with the record of most satisfied residents.
Top Buildings
To find that out, we analyzed apartment buildings ratings on Google (selecting only buildings with at least 20 reviews to guarantee a consistent rating) and stats around rent duration for each neighborhood. If residents rate their building high and don’t want to move out quickly, that’s a pretty good sign that the location is a nice one.
Here is the list of 25 apartment buildings topping the list, along with neighborhood ratings from HausWorth based on 3 key criteria: safety, demand (or relative price of homes), and schools.
Most represented neighborhoods on the list are, probably not surprisingly, Midtown and North Buckhead, with 3 entries each. Rental duration among these top 25 locations varies from just over 4 years in Home Park to over 7 in Kirkwood.
